Terms

The Appliance Response website provides appliance-repair information, service-area information and call-first connection assistance. Appliance Response may collect the appliance problem and ZIP code, identify an available local service provider serving the area, and connect the call.

Provider availability and service terms

The connected local provider discusses and confirms appointment availability, timing, diagnosis, parts, pricing, credentials where applicable, warranties where offered and repair outcomes directly with the customer. Website copy does not guarantee same-day service, arrival times, prices, parts availability or repair completion.

No unsafe repair instruction
